Biography

Karishma has spent a decade leading AI infrastructure development, working with teams building data centers, deploying compute hardware and applying AI models at scale.

At MuleSoft (Salesforce) she designed the agent interface for the company's MCP Server, arguing that AI agents needed two capabilities, view and create, rather than eight separate operations. That design shipped commercially, and she wrote both its system design documentation and its public technical explanation.

Her AI analytics tool won HackerSquad's Hack Day at AWS, where she demonstrated it live. As founder and CEO of Aidni she leads architecture, product, customer engagements and partnerships, including autonomous cooling control with FLUIX AI.

She speaks on the compute behind new data centers, access systems for people and AI agents, and the economics of AI infrastructure, and writes on the engineering and economics of data centers.
