FAQ

Questions buyers ask.

Something else? Ask us directly.

Why price per megawatt instead of per seat?

The value of the platform scales with the capacity it manages, not with the number of people who log in. Pricing per MW of IT load keeps the subscription a small, predictable fraction of the compute capital it protects.

Do we have to start with a Site Assessment?

For most customers, yes. The assessment builds the Facility Graph for your site from drawings and data, and its findings carry straight into the Operate subscription. Portfolio customers can scope a multi-site assessment instead.

Can agents change anything in our facility?

Not on their own. Conduit gives agents two verbs: Observe and Propose. Every proposal is approved by a named person in your existing change process, and is executed by the system that already owns the action. Life-safety systems are permanently outside the agent surface.

Where does our data live?

In a single-tenant Aidni cloud environment, in your own cloud account, or on-premises and air-gapped under a Portfolio agreement. Connectors are read-only by default.

Does Aidni replace our licensed engineers?

No. Aidni informs design and operating decisions. Stamped electrical and mechanical designs remain the responsibility of licensed engineers, and we work alongside your engineering firms.

What does the Design Partner Program include?

The first five operators receive 50% off year-one Operate pricing and a direct line into the product roadmap. In return we ask for regular feedback and, if you agree, a published case study.
